Our Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Reaffected Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use reaffected.living, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard many websites use.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and keep pages in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@reaffected.living and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@reaffected.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
