How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who you talk to
Many people expect a big company with trucks and uniforms. That is not how this works. Reaffected Pest Control is a referral service. When you reach out, you are connected to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.
That provider is a separate business. They do the inspection, the treatment and the follow-up. We do not name staff here because there is no Reaffected Pest Control crew. There is only the introduction.
What happens on the call
A typical call is simple. You describe the problem. The provider may ask where you see it, how long it has been going on, and what type of home you have. Be ready to mention age, basement type and any past repairs.
Then the provider explains next steps. That might be a visit, a quote, or a quick tip. Request a callback to check provider availability, since hours vary by provider.
What to ask a provider
A good question gets a clear answer. Try these:
- Are you licensed for this work in New Jersey?
- What exactly will you treat, and what products or methods do you use?
- Is there a written quote before work starts?
- Are pets and children safe in the home, and for how long should they stay away?
- Will you look for entry points or moisture problems, or only treat what you can see?
- What follow-up visits are included in the price?
In an older house, add one more: "Can you check the foundation, the crawl spaces and old patched areas?" Hidden gaps are common there.
You are in control
A lot of people think that once they call, they must say yes. In practice, though, you can listen, compare and walk away. There is no obligation. Ask a second provider if you like. Costs vary by job, so get a written quote before you agree to anything.
If something feels off, say so. Pushy sales tactics are not what we want for homeowners.
